The pleasure of the infinitely comfortable
Memory Marine is a highly breathable viscoelastic foam.
In fact, unlike the normal Memory, it allows correct transpiration thanks to open micro bubbles, belonging to the advanced Microchambers foams.
…if you want to know more:
The foaming of the normal Memory takes place between 176 and 248 degrees Fahrenheit with a material technically defined TDI. This boiling phase is used to expand the foam in a period of time ranging from 20 to 30 minutes. The bubbles of normal Memory foam, due to this expansion process, close and do not let the air pass adequately.
Similar to sea sponge
The Memory Marine, on the other hand, is made with an advanced foam called MDI, which is characterized by its high breathability. In fact, the expansion process takes place at much lower temperatures than the other process. The Memory Marine expands between 86 and 113 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, the expansion times are much shorter. The “levitation” of the Memory Marine takes between 4 and 10 minutes.
The consequence of this process is that the Memory Marine has a high breathability, which makes it look like a marine sponge.
